I grew up watching my dad document life with a camera always in hand. Every birthday, every ordinary Sunday, every moment worth holding onto — he made sure it was captured.
I lost him when I was still young, and those photos became something I can't put a price on. They're how I still feel close to him.
Every session I shoot, I think about what these images are going to mean someday. Not just now, but years from now when the moment has passed and all you have left is the photo.
I want to give people that.
